WP1 – PREPARATION OF THE PROJECT

Within this WP the collection of information about the situation in Mongolian HEIs has been conducted throughout a Survey. European Partners will then analyse the results and publish a SITUATION REPORT on the ARROW website.

This WP also includes the preparation of the KoM in Las Palmas (Spain). During the KoM the following Committees have been created: Dissemination and Exploitation Committee (DEC) and the Quality Committee (QC).

WP 2 – DEVELOPMENT

This WP includes the following activities:

  1. Creation, design and maintenance of the ARROW Platform.
  2. Creation of the ARROW MENTORSCIENTIST PLATFORM

These activities will be co-financed by ULPGC. The networking platform will enable all partners from the beginning of the project to share information and joint projects that will add value to the whole partnership, gaining all the benefits of using ICTs media and bypassing the disadvantages of distance. Also, from the beginning, the project will be disseminated through the Webs pages of all participating Universities

WP 3 – CAPACITY BUILDING

Theoretical and Practical training of 5 participants of each Mongolian HEIs (2 Staff and 3 Students) for each ON-SITE course. Theoretical training of 15 participants of each Mongolian HEIs for each ON-LINE course. Participants of each course will be selected at Home Institution by a selection process whose criteria will be well established by the QC. Transparency and gender balance will be a priority.

WP 4 – QUALITY PLAN

The Quality Committee (QC) will be in charge of the Quality Assurance (QA) of the project.
QC will meet at least twice per year either physically, virtually or by written communication. QC will also be the responsible for establishing the criteria for each course participant’s selection, so to ensure that the selection process is as transparent as possible (i.e. by publishing the call for application on your institutional website, social media, etc.) and respect the gender balance.
Such criteria must then be transmitted to the rest of the Consortium and used for the participant’s selection.

The QC is also in charge of preparing Quality Survey at the end of each course/meeting in order to check the level of satisfaction of participants.

WP 5 – DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION

Dissemination activities will run during the project lifetime. They will focus on:

  1. Developing dissemination materials
  2. Realizing important dissemination bounds and networking activities (such as info-days, workshops etc.)
  3. Dissemination of the project through social networks (facebook, twitter, etc.) and national and international conferences

The Efficacy of dissemination actions will be evaluated by the Dissemination and Exploitation Committee (DEC) through the following quality criteria and indicators: Number of people reached and contacted, interest and awareness raised, added value with reference to the project, correspondence between the foreseen requirements and obtained results, etc. DEC will meet at least once a year to do the project dissemination follow-up and implement the necessary corrective action if necessary.

The University of Humanities has successfully organized Arrow project evening and Database workshop on November 16.

1. At the dissemination meeting, the UH Arrow team re-introduced the Arrow project and updates to UH staff and postgraduate students.

2. At the Database workshop, our Arrow Database participants shared their knowledge, experience and ideas on the Database online course and had a discussion about all the topics of the course.
