The New Mongol Institute of Technology (NMIT) organized a meeting among all the Mongolian partners which took place in Ulan Bator on day 18th October 2018. The topics treated during the meeting were the followings:

• To discuss about the Equipment needs (common needs, possible suppliers local and/or international, etc.)
• To open a debate about the Use of scientific database during and after the project implementation in each institution

The final list of Equipment will be submitted by the end of October 2018 to the Project Coordinator for approval
